Aluminium
Structure of Quality 6063 aluminium with special treatment for get and guarantee a bigger resistance. Unions in Quality A2 stainless steel. All outlines are made by aluminium of first quality.
Surfaces Lacquer
Lacquer of aluminium process aggress the European QUALICOAT’s rules of liquid, or like a powder, painting for aluminium. Total thickness is between 65 and 85 micras.
Polycarbonates
Polycarbonates have protection against UVA and UVB rays and it guarantees a plastic longevity. They also have a classification to fire M3 (with inner tube) of 6 and 8 mm thickness, colourless and transparent. It has a good capacity for keep the environment temperature and presents an excellent behaviour front hail.
Methacrylate
Colourless and transparent Methacrylate of great quality. They preserve their characteristics intact for 10 year staying out in the outside.
Guarantee include the bright transmission, the strictness and the mechanical resistance to traction.
Structure and Complements
Union structures between outlines are from aluminium of alloy 2630. Wheels, which hold the cover’s weight and do the movement possible, are made by insulating material installed over stainless axles.
Structure has been studied to hold the wind a dynamic pressure of 100Km/h in usual position and all its openings closed completely.
